Reared by the Cartwright family at Condover near Shrewsbury these bronze turkeys are regarded as the Rolls Royce of Christmas turkeys. Previously branded as Kelly Bronze these are the same birds, same farm and same farming methods. This slow maturing breed develops flavour throughout the whole bird. They are reared outside, free range and have a unique feed that is developed to enhance their flavour further. The birds are dry plucked to make the skin more crispy and then hung for 14 days.
