This strong hot mustard is in the Victorian tradition of English mustard making. It has been tempered by the judicious use of spices and wine vinegar, but contains no artificial colourings or preservatives. It is good with traditional English food such as hand-raised pork pies, real Wiltshire ham, and particularly, a good local sort of sausage!
