A classic French recipe made from British free range egg yolks, British butter and cold pressed rapeseed oil. Perfect with fish and vegetables.

Ingredients
Cold pressed rapeseed oil(27%), Butter(27%) Pasteurised Free Range Yolk, Water, White Wine Vinegar, Sugar, Dijon Mustard, Salt, Stabiliser: Xanthun Gum.
Storage
Store in a cool, dark place out of direct sunlight.
Once opened, refrigerate and consume within four weeks.
