Mr. Moyden uses the finest unpasteurised Shropshire milk from Grove Farm's herd of British Friesian cows. The herd is small in number and each cow is cared for as an individual, not as a number. Thus, high quality milk is obtained from well kept and contented cows that feed throughout the year on the lush pastures surrounding the market town of Newport.
